The health and safety of our customers, vendors and employees is our top priority as we continue to face the many challenges that have come with the development of the COVID-19 health situation. We are committed to following the guidelines of the CDC while still being able to give our customers the same level of service they have always received.
Currently, we have taken the following measures to enhance the health & hygiene standards at our branch locations.

NEW POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Implemented cleaning procedures that are recommended by the CDC.
• All scheduled meetings/gatherings have been cancelled until further notice
• Limited number of customers in the branch to 1 at a time.
• Asked our employees who are feeling or showing signs of being sick to stay home.
Established a Company-Wide No Contact Policy
• Asked our outside sales team to stop in-person sales calls. You will still be hearing from them via telephone and/or email.
⚫ Limited travel for all associates.
• We have also asked that our associates encourage our customers to call, email or text orders to the branch including pick-up orders so that we can have them staged in the yard and ready upon arrival. We are asking customers to call upon arrival to the branch for their pick-up orders to be loaded.

BRANCH LOCATION STATUS
All of our branch locations are currently open and ready to serve you, practicing normal business hours. • Deliveries are currently taking place without interruption.
• We have been in direct communication with our vendors to ensure that we will continue to have all products available.
• We are asking that if you or anyone within your company is feeling ill or any individual in your household or someone you have had close contact with has traveled to or from any location listed by the CDC as “Level 3” within the last 14 days, please call the branch rather than coming in person. We will do our best to take care of you over the phone.
We are continually educating our staff on best practices, such as proper hygiene & social distancing and are regularly disinfecting our trucks and equipment.
The information about this virus is continually changing. Our leadership team is actively monitoring the situation and will update policies and procedures as necessary.
